LOL, you won't be playing UrT on those, you'd be playing Battlefield, Crysis and COD at the same time on those beasts...

If you can afford it and truly want it, I'd go for the first one

Right, this is my topic! The first one has less RAM, 2 less CPU cores, but one more GPU. If it's really SLI 680's then you'll have 4GB of GDDR5 VRAM at 6GHz. But you'll only have 8GB of RAM. The second one has a slower processor but will be far better for BF3, and other games built to use more than one core. 3.2GHz is it's stock clock btw, so it'll turbo to about 3.6~, with a nice OC you could squeeze 4.1~ on air. Depends on the case. I think you should overall buy the first one, and upgrade the RAM. Nice spec, almost gets close to mine! Wink

http://www.rhclan.net/t767-rhine-s-new-desktop

Processor ex: INTEL - Core i7 2700K 3.5GHz 8MB LGA1155 (350€) OR if you want to spend 1000€ on a CPU but I guess not -> INTEL - Core i7-3960X/3.30GHz 15MB 64Bit SR (LMAO bounce )

MotherBoard ex: ASUS - P9X79 DE X79 SK2011 DDR3/USB3.0/RAID AT (392€)

Power Supply ex: CORSAIR - AX1200W Modular SLI 14cm 80PLUS Gold (302€)

RAM ex: KINGSTON - DDRIII 1600MHz 16Gb (Kit 2) CL9 HyperX Genesis KHX16C9K2/16 (200€)

Hard Disk ex: WESTERN DIGITAL - 2 TB 3.5Pol SATA-300 7200 rpm 64 MB (255€)

Graphics Card ex: ASUS GEFORCE GTX580 DIRECTCU II 1536MB GDDR5 PCI-E (462€)

Tower/Chassis ex: NOX - Blaze X2 Project (214€)

TOTAL: 2175€

---

And if you want CD/DVD Driver you can buy it for 30€ like I did

I can run BF3 with my i3 2nd gen @ 3.3GHz (it's much better than some i5) @ 30fps ... 700€ for all those specs you see so instead paying 3500€ you can pay 2500€ or less

Imho you can save much on RAM taking 8gb (unless you don't do video editing in HD or something 8 are more than enough) and go for geForce gtx690
About the hard disk, I've never needed so much space, I'd go for 1TB

Maybe you think its expensive cause it's a good brand like asus, kingston

an already built pc you don't know the brand like the one you have on your post, ram from where? kingston? prolly not .. nvidia from asus? you don't know

same pt site but another brand:

ASUS GEFORCE GTX550 TI DIRECT CU GDDR5 1GB PCI-E -> 116€
GAINWARD GEFORCE GTX550 TI 1GB GDDR5 PCI-E -> 130€

same thing, 14€ diff
