I've been using this for few days now, except some crash when loading too many servers it's pretty comfortable

Besides the rcon and buddy features, isn't it just the same as this? http://www.urbanterror.info/servers/list/

It refreshes in real time and it's not browser based (no lags), you can keep it opened while playing without any drop
But just buddies feature makes it perfect imo
