Why the server is dead?? And can you say me why when i want to go on the other server(UAA) i am automatically kicked??

Uhm I think there are problems with testies so our first server is down as well
The second server is working with UAA banlist and maybe Powerban, not sure, post your IP here and we'll check

Well what happened was the server was attacked by a hacker (maybe more), and the people who host the server decided that it was best to just take the server offline so the hackers couldn't get to it.

Now what we're waiting for is the company to respond to the appeal to turn the server back on. They will check everything is ok and do it

In France, on people connection, we don't have always the same IP : each new connection change our internet IP, that can explain that!

You can change your static I.P. easily by just unplugging and plugging back in your router. That gets round a few things, like megavideo 72 min limit, and megaupload download limit ( R.I.P. </3 )

it works only if you use a dynamic ip radeon, not a static ip.

Oh, I thought it refreshed your static I.P, so fooling it into thinking it was a different computer >.>
