AllahIsPig racist

yo guys, some guy named "AllahIsPig" came in the server today, so i told him to change his name and warned him once for 'badname', he laughed at me and asked me if i am a muslim, i told him no but it is offensive for other players, he laughed again and said something like all muslims are from hell and something with the devil, i warned him again for racism, he kept saying things like that and didn't change his name, so warned him again for racism and Ice warned him once for racism too, so he got kicked and banned for 1 day, then i looked up his Guide and banned him for 2 weeks.
is a permban needed here?
